We have a ceramic coating as option on our downpipes / sport cat pipes and some of our exhaust system are standard equipped with a ceramic coating. This ceramic coating is used as heat shielding to prevent exposure of heat to parts around the exhaust or to lower the heat in the engine compartment to have more cold air for the air intake, resulting in better performance.
